Camila Gramkow is the Interim Director of the Brasília Office of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP), a master's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and a PhD in Climate Change Economics from the University of East Anglia (UEA, United Kingdom).

With over 15 years of professional experience in economics and sustainability, she has worked on various international technical cooperation initiatives in Brazil, Latin America, and globally. Throughout her career, she has been involved in more than 30 national and international technical cooperation projects in the field of environmental economics, focusing on the evolution and structure of state policies related to eco-innovation, green growth, environmental economics, international integration, green fiscal policy, and integrated economy-energy-environment modeling.

She has published extensively in the field, contributing theoretically, empirically, and to public policy formulation, particularly in the area of the Big Push for Sustainability.
